I saw this idea somewhere about taking a picture of your kids right before they go out to see what Santa brought them. So, here are the boys waiting for the all clear. As you can see, Big Boy's excitement was almost uncontainable!!!
They ran right for the stockings and started going through them, they almost didn't notice the scooters they tripped over to get there. They have since been thrilled about them.
This was the gift of the day for Big Boy, the first Diary of a Wimpy Kid book. He's also holding his sock monkey, with those 2 items he would have been content this year. It's always interesting what they're most happy about, and this time it wasn't the most expensive things for sure!
Puppy finally woke up and came out to see what was going on. He wasn't sure about the whole thing, but eventually warmed up.
The boys got new Sunday clothes this year as they seem to look like ragamuffins each week at church. As soon as Cheeks opened his he immediately started trying everything on. Meanwhile the others just chucked theirs aside.
I saw this rocking moose at IKEA and Could. Not. Leave it!! It has had some wild rides with Puppy since; he goes crazy on that thing!
Monkey checking out some gifts. We got a globe from my parents. It has already come in handy trying to explain geography questions for the boys' homework!
The boys sat for at least an hour straight putting together their new Monster Lego sets.
Puppy enjoying the other thing at IKEA that I couldn't pass up. He's just so darn cute pushing that thing around!!
