For Pioneer Day this year we met up with the Taylor clan at a really cool park where the kids ran wild for a few hours. We topped that off with some refreshing snow cones at a cute little place up the road.
We then went to Cade and Ashley's for a night of yummy Thai food, sparklers and a game of corn hole.
Here's Cade (and their cute little girl) with my Father-in-law watching the big game.
Eliza and Lindsey get ready to face off. I wasn't sure about this game, it didn't seem like it would be that much fun, but it really was! Who'd have thought?!
Cheeks working on his two sparklers. The angle of this picture makes it look like he's touching it, but I swear, not a child there was burned!!
Big Boy could have done sparklers all night! Lindsey knew what she was doing when she bought all those packs at the store! ;)
Puppy was a little young for the sparklers, but he enjoyed the glow sticks, along with a messy face from the open table of food!
John and Shafer put on a good firework show once it got dark. We could have stayed all night we were having such a good time. If it weren't for the mosquitoes and the fact that Big Boy started school the next morning we may have! Thanks Cade and Ashley for hosting, it was a great evening!!
