Easter

We had a lovely Easter this year. It was so fun to have Easter on conference weekend. It was great to hear the words of our prophet on such a special day.
The biggest hit of the Easter baskets this year were the sunglasses. Monkey won't keep them on for long, just long enough to strike a cheesy pose:

Cheeks on the other hand has hardly taken them off in the week since! He puts them on first thing in the morning and last night when we tucked him in, they were still on! :)

After the first session of conference we drove up to my parent's house to watch the second session and have a FABULOUS dinner.

Monkey wasn't finding too many eggs, so we'd hurry and put one right next to him when he wasn't looking:
I noticed that our pictures from this Easter are a lot different from last year when everyone was out in short sleeve shirts with the sun shining and the trees blossoming. Hopefully Spring will be here soon!!
